A lot of great information and insights here.Mineral chelates made from plant extracts or fermented plant teas…are really valuable tool to stave off mineral deficiencies. Macro and micro nutrients can be pricey. This recipe you show is great and approachable.

Thanks, I’m glad you liked it! And thanks for sharing the John Kempf article with me, it provided some inspiration for writing this one. It’s interesting you should mention mineral chelates, Michael Phillips who wrote the original recipe mentioned that the humic/fulvic acids are an essential part of the recipe because they help with chelating the minerals. You have a really good article about it too!
